Since 2010, Paramahamsa Nithyananda has been making himself available for a potency test [please mention what is the potency test…??]
to disprove the false accusations made against him. This was completely ignored, until 2014. When the bench expressed its displeasure over the speed at which the trial was going, a potency test was back in the picture. That was when it was ruled that he would take the test. However, these kinds of media attacks worded their articles such that it looked like he was forced to take the test, and was against it. Deccan Chronicle goes a step beyond in claiming that he never even went through the test. However, on actually reading the article, they claim that just because he did not take the injection to produce erections, he did not take the test. Forcing him to take such an injection, which causes immense chest pain and is a risk for a heart attack, is inhumane enough. Reporting as if such a violation of someone’s body is a mandatory exercise and not going through it is evading the law is much more gruesome than the test itself.
