When theruth about his nefarious activities came to light and it was clear he would be convicted of charges for child raping; Vinay Bharadwaj retaliates by framing charges against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, who happens to be the spiritual teacher and guide for the family of the child
Vinay Bharadwaj, an ex-devotee of His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda found himself in deep waters when the parents of the child he repeatedly raped, filed a complaint against him in US Court. Assessing the unfavorable verdict for himself, he retaliated by filing a case against his Guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Unfortunately, for him this did not go far and he was confined to four and half years of serious punishment behind bars. Not only was he put in jail but also fined to pay a sum of US $ 4.75 million as well.
Washington (October 17, 2014) The Honorable Court of Appeal of the state of Washington ordered that Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj personally appear or be brought by the Washington prison for a court ordered examination under oath in relation to the false case filed by Mr. Vinay Bharadwaj against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda and several U.S. non-profits that has been dismissed beyond appeal.
