Arathi Rao, the false rape victim is a USA citizen now. She applied for her US citizenship in February 2010. This was part of her sinister plan to frame a false rape charge against His Divine Holiness.
In December 2009 the false video creation started and took 2 months to create. Meanwhile the legal attack that was to follow the character assassination was being prepared. The plan as was evident later was to get USA citizenship (her husband is a USA citizen) so that she can run away to USA after filing the false complaint.
