On 31 July 2011, Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda, one of the administrators of the Bengaluru Aadheenam, who was subjected to life-attacks, blackmail and extortion by the network of conspirators against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, with regard to the morphed video that was released in an attempt to defame and destroy Paramahamsa Nithyananda, filed a police complaint at the T.Nagar police station for the attack. The complaint included all the persons behind the multi-pronged attack and exposed one of the largest and ruthless anti-Hindu attacks on a Hindu organisation.
Details of the Case that was filed:
CR No.782 of 2011 under Sec.341, 342, 392, 323, 420 and 500(ii) of IPC was registered in R-4 Soundara Pandianar Bazaar Police Station on 31.7.2011. As per the proceedings of the DGP Tamil Nadu, dated 8.8.2011 this case was transferred to CB-CID for investigation. As per the proceedings of the Superintendent of Police, Special Units, Crime Branch, CID, Guindy, Chennai the case was entrusted to DSP, organized Crime Unit, Crime Branch CID for investigation and the case diary was received on 9.8.2011. The case was investigated and after recording the statement of witnesses and marking evidences, a final report was submitted on 7.3.2015 before the XI MM, Saidapet, in CC No.2068 of 2015. The investigation final report discloses various facts and involvement of nine accused and commission of various offences. Based on the investigation, eleven charges have been framed comprising of criminal conspiracy, extortion and blackmailing, robbery, Indecent Representation Of Women etc.

Accused 6 – Kumar – Brother of Lenin
Accused 7 – Ayyappan – Assistant to Hansraj Saxena, former COO (Chief Operating Officer) of Sun TV
Accused 8 – Hansraj Saxena – COO (Chief Operating Officer), Sun TV
Accused 9 – Prasanna Kumar – Aide of Lenin Karuppan
