Ajith, a reporter of Suvarna News, a Kannada Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)* News Channel and members of Nava Nirman Sena, an outfit of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), trespassed into the Bengaluru aadheenam under the guise of reporters. Their sole purpose was to execute a planned assassination of Paramahamsa Nithyananda. They attempted to create a riot in order to mob lynch Him in His own premises. When they failed, they filed false cases on Paramahamsa Nithyananda with baseless allegations in order to plan His assassination in prison.
These extremist Hindu groups have a vendetta against Paramahamsa Nithyananda as He is the spiritual head of a minority Hindu group. Because of His dynamic personality and meteoric growth, He was able to single-handedly revive the Guru-shishya paramapara (Guru-disciple relationship) which was virtually extinct in modern-day Bharat before Him. With such a large following worldwide, He poses a threat to the vested interests of extremist Hindu groups to create a homogenized Hindu population.
Because they have infiltrated and have the support of many powerful authorities in India, they are seamlessly able to plan Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s assassination. Even the CID have conspired with them to execute him and they were further supported by the Chief Minister of Karnataka, Sadananda Gowda who ordered for the arrest of His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda for further questioning. Misusing their power, the authorities initiated a legal proceeding for a frivolous complaint which can be disproved easily with video evidence. Instead of doing the due diligence, they simply accepted the complaint and arrested Him.
Wanting to Cooperate with the authorities, Paramahamsa Nithyananda voluntarily went to the police station. Instead of recognizing His cooperativeness, the police brutally abused Him. Without any intimation, according to their plan, they took Him into custody. They lined up one by one, grabbing Him, pushing Him, and assaulting Him in the name of arresting Him.
The basic constitutional rights of Paramahamsa Nithyananda was grossly violated in this incident. He was relocated several times during the transition to allow mobs to attack and mob lynch Him.
