YOUTH EVENTS
Having a majority Hindu youths in prison and many more being uncertain about their lives by being in depression, Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia has taken a huge step in giving new possibility to the entire youth community. Conducting breakthrough youth camps, giving immediate and practical life solutions and ensuring each youth sees the world as a possibility.
Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia
Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia has its headquarter in Kuala Lumpur, with centers in almost every state in Malaysia. The aadheenam and its various centers offer yoga, meditation, healing, akashic readings, puja, programs and anna daan (free distribution of food), community services, weekend gurukul classes, health camps, and more. Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s presence in Malaysia has reconnected Indians and youth to their Hindu roots, by enabling them to get initiated into Hindu rituals, and a providing a temple-based lifestyle.
Being the largest monastic organization in Malaysia, it has given hope to many Hindu base organizations to work together with Nithyananda Sangha to revive the authenticity of the Vedic tradition in Malaysia. This has helped the Indian Communities in Malaysia in specific and Malaysian as overall. Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia also works very closely other international & local organization in Malaysia such as Malaysia Vegetarian Society, MySkill, MahirBuddhist Association, Divine Life Society, and Nithyananda University based in US.
PUJA AND RITUALS
One of the unique contributions of Paramahamsa Nithyananda in Malaysia is the revival of the temple based lifestyle.
Kuala Lumpur Aadheenam offers daily puja, conducting homas, rituals, healing services and spiritual counselling. Through puja, people are able to connect to Hindu deities, come together as a community and build a supportive environment to live a Vedic Lifestyle.
COMMUNITY SERVICES
Thaipusam
Thaipusam is the Tamil festival which is generally regarded as Lord Murugan’s birthday. It s the day Devi Parvati gave him his “Vel” or Spear to vanquish the evil demon Soorapadman. It is a major festival in all the countries having a significant Tamil population such as India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Mauritius, Fiji and many others.
Nithyananda Sangha Malaysia has always celebrated Thaipoosam with great joy and has served more than 30,000 people who came to offer their prayers.
Nithyananda Mahasadashiva Yatra
Conducted Ratha Yatra from north to south covering more than 400 houses in the period of two months. More than 1000 people experienced breakthrough in healing, getting spiritual solutions for their problems such as in wealth, health and relationships for every category of seekers, childrens, teenagers and adults.
ANNADAAN
Weekly approximately 200 people are given annadhan. The food is being prepared as per bhaga sashtra which is revealed by Sadashiva himself. Bhaga sashtra is revealed to have a healthy lifestyle and also serves as a solution for many disease.
HEALING
Free healing has been provided at the Kuala Lumpur Aadheenam and its associated centers across Malaysia since 2007 and has reached out to more than 100,000 lives. Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s presence has been healing and curing diseases as small as headaches and fever to as serious as life treating diseases such as cancer.
YOGA
Yoga is part of Hinduism and it is revealed by Sadashiva himself. About 100 devotees practice authentic yoga everyday as one of their daily spiritual routine in 7 centers all over Malaysia. About 1000 devotees participate in the International Yoga Day each year. Yoga is practiced to awaken the non mechanical parts of the body and to achieve a yogic body and vedic mind. This practice is a part of Hinduism.
WEEKEND GURUKUL
Weekend gurukul is being conducted in few paduka mandirs in Malaysia. The purpose of weekend gurukul is to replicate the same gurukul system which is based in Bangalore Aadheenam. About 20 kids from Malaysia are now studying in the International Nithyananda Gurukul. All these kids are now being trained in both spiritual and machaley education system. Excelling in both fields these kids are now conducting programs for thousands of people, going around the world to spread the Sanatana Hindu Dharma and expressing all powers.
PADUKA MANDIR
Padhuka mandir is a place where the presence of the His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda is experienced just because of the blessed padukas which is there. It serves as a center point for people to come and get connected with swamiji. In malaysia around 9 paduka mandirs and 1 aadheenam actively serving the Malaysian community with Swamiji’s teachings
