Extortion and Coercion- Real Motive of the Morphed CD?

A series of events from Feb 2010 to March 2011 clearly shows that the morphed video was exploited by a few people with vested interests who extorted, blackmailed and brutally attacked ashramites threatening to release the video if their demands are not met.

Feb 2010-March 2011

17.02.2010	Shreedhar, a despicable double-crosser is a lawyer who was associating with aadheenam earlier. He met Muruganandam (known in the sangha as Sri Nithya Pranananda) in Chennai as a representative of Lenin. He revealed their dirty collaboration in a conspiracy against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda. He also unveiled the sinister plan of publishing a morphed CD on Paramahamsa Nithyananda in media and blackmailed Sri Nithya Pranananda to pay a large sum of money for him to not release the CD. Sri Nithya Pranananda was at lost. He knew sangha is at an expanding stage and was running only on donations given by devotees out of their love and gratitude to Paramahamsa Nithyananda. Besides, as a sangha which lives integrity as one of the main principles, he knew it was illegal and totally unacceptable to indulge in such a transaction.
20.02.2010	Shreedhar met Sri Nithya Pranananda in Bidadi Ashram, and again demanded an unimaginable amt of Rs100 crores for not having to publish or telecast the video. He threatened Sri Nithya Pranananda with his life. Misled by the intimidation, Sri Nithya Pranananda forced him to hand over Rs2.5 lakhs as an advance.
21.02.2010	Shreedhar contacted Ms. Ranjitha, who was in a film shoot in Kerala. He added Nakheeran Kamaraj (editor of the Nakheeran magazine) in the call. Both the extortionists intimidated Ms. Ranjitha to concede with the Shreedhar’s extortion demand or else an obscene scene showing her in a compromising position with her guru, Paramahamsa Nithyananda will be released. It was a traumatising blow for Ms. Ranjitha. More than the deficiency of money, her sentiments were hurt the most. She just could not imagine how someone could stoop so low.
24.02.2010	Dhanasekar, Sri Nithya Pranananda and Gopal Sheelum Reddy (known in the sangha as Sri Nithya Bhaktananda) were called to Chennai by Shreedhar. They stayed in the Star City Hotel and met with Shreedhar. The ashramites expressed their inability to arrange the said amt. Shreedhar got very angry and left after giving them a menacing warning.
25.02.2010	The next day, again Shreedhar came to the room. He started a conference call with Lenin, Aarthi Rao, Nakheeran Kamaraj and Nakheeran Gopal (sub-editor of Nakheeran magazine). They together gave a warning to ashramites that if ashramites fail to pay the demanded money, the morphed CD will be blasted in the mainstream media and Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s name will be tarnished. Saying that, they left the room. On the same day night, Shreedhar, Lenin and Kumar (Lenin’s brother) came to the room. Dhanasekar, Sri Nithya Pranananda and Sri Nithya Bhaktananda were physically battered by the trio. Kumar stole the Rs5 lakhs that was in possession of the ashramites.
26.02.2010	Dhanasekar, Sri Nithya Pranananda and Sri Nithya Bhaktananda went to roof Garden Swimming Pool in Accord Spa, Accord Hotel as per the instructions of Shreedar. He again gave them a warning. He went to the extent of explaining the consequences the release of the video will have on Bidadi ashram and the potential attack on the devotees.
27.02.2010	Shreedhar, Lenin and Kumar managed to induce the ashramites and extort Rs25L from them. The money was actually hard earned money of some sincere devotees like Sairam Muthuswamy, Siva Vallabani and Arpit Snegal. Part of it was from Ms Ranjitha who sold her jewels. They were willing to part of their possessions out of their love for their master, to safeguard their master from the character assassination planned in big way by some anti-Hindu elements and exploited by a gang of robbers to extort money.
02.03.2010	Hanraj Saxena, Chief Executive Officer of Sun TV Network contacted Ranjitha (who was in a film shoot in Kerala) and demanded to pay up the Rs60 crores fully for not broadcasting the obscene video CD in SUN TV Network. On the same day, Kumar delivered the CD to Sun TV office. Ayyappan, a film distributor and a close henchman of Hanraj Saxena, made Hanraj Saxena to telecast a portion of the said obscene video. The paln was to telecast a small portion of the CD, instigate a moral panic among public and manipulate the confusion in the organisation to extort more.
03.03.2010	Exploiting the havoc created, Shreedhar directs Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda to Ayyappan’s office. Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda met Ayyappan at his film distribution office and made a request to not broadcast the false obscene video in Sun News. But Ayyappan was adamant in his demand of Rs60 crores. Sensing Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda’s inability to mobilise the large sum of money, Ayyappan had him kidnapped and imprisoned in his office in Nungambakkam throughout the night. Nakheeran Gopal and Nakheeran Kamaraj, sub-editor and editor respectively of the weekly Magazine, Nakheeran published photographs of obscene video CD with dishonest intention to cause intimidation, fear, shame and embarrassment.
05.03.2010	Hanraj Saxena contacted Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda through Ayyappan’s phone to know the status of the money arrangement.
March 2011	Prasankumar, who was a volunteer in Ashram contacted Sri Nithya Hamsananda, ashram security to deliver Rs35 crores from Sri Nithyananda Swami to settle the issue as per the instructions from Lenin.
