Chennai Sessions Court denies anticipatory bail for the conspirator in the persecution, attack, character assassination of Paramahamsa Nithyananda in the case filed by Ms. Ranjitha.
The Chennai Sessions Court today denied anticipatory bail for Sun TV COO Hansraj Saxena, in the complaint filed by actress Ranjitha. Sun TV aired a morphed video involving actress Ranjitha in a sordid conspiracy to defame His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda on 2 March 2010.
Saxena was earlier arrested and kept in prison for a separate complaint filed by Sri Nithya Atmaprabhananda, follower and manager of Paramahamsa Nithyananda, for similar charges. He was later granted bail.
