National Television Channel Aaj Tak and Telugu Television channel TV10 tender public apologies to His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda for airing defamatory news items on their channels against him.

In a welcome landmark move from the media, National television news channel Aaj Tak aired a public apology to His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda for having aired a defamatory news item featuring the morphed video created by conspirators to defame Paramahamsa Nithyananda. The Court had banned media houses from airing the video. Yet, Aaj Tak featured it. In a written apology, TV Today Network Limited informed Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s organisation that the said apology was aired on Aaj Tak on 18th September 2013. The media house thereby requested His Holiness to accept the apology and take no further legal action against it.
Telugu television news channel TV10 followed close behind, which aired public apology to Paramahamsa Nithyananda for having aired a defamatory news item featuring the morphed video. In a written apology, Spoorthi Communications Private Limited informed Paramahamsa Nithyananda’s organisation that the said apology was aired on TV10 on 19th September 2013 evening. The media house thereby requested to accept the apology and take no further action with the promise not to ever repeat the defamatory program.

Let’s talk about Swami Nithyananda. This is the name of that 32 year old saint whose objectionable video has shaken the trust and faith of many people. There are five serious allegation on Nithyananda and for the first time this saint is presenting justification on TV on allegations on him.

32 years in age, smile on face, and coming out of the mouth, big talks of knowledge. By seeing and listening to this person, it’s very unlikely that someone may guess that he is not under one or two but caught in many big allegations, the most grave amongst them is his objectionable behavior with two women. Yes, he is no one but Karnataka’s and Tamilnadu’s extremely popular spiritual guru Swami Nithyananda, who is absconding and currently his whereabouts are unknown.
Karnataka high court has currently put ban on the pictures of those malicious acts of swami. But, captured in those objectionable images the actions of Nithyananda have certainly created sensations in many cities. Out of those two females, one is a popular heroin of south India also.
Today for the first time, swami Nithyananda is going to come infront of you to give justification on this act of his.
Nithyananda is also saying that everything is a well thought and planned conspiracy. This conspiracy against me is executed in a very well thought and understood manner. The disputed CD has been cleverly handed over to politicians, media and people.
Nithyananda and his lawyer are saying that everything is a result of media and wrong publicity. But in the name of religion, this saint who has caused hurt to the faith is forgetting that the sin does not reduce by blaming media for the allegations.
Allegation of economical deception is also there on Nithyananda in Chennai. Along with that, few days back a person died mysteriously in Baba’s ashram. Swami Nithyananda was accused for that person’s murder.
Swami Nithyananda first time opened his mouth on this allegation also.
This saint is presenting his justification for the first time on TV and is denying all allegations in a sophisticated manner. But he is forgetting that people’s faith has been hurt somewhere, that’s why all these allegations have come out, now we leave this up to you to decide whether all the evidences are telling lies or Swami Nithyananda and his plea.

Both Bangalore and Chennai police are searching for Swami Nithyananda but when police put pressure on all locations of Swami Nithyananda in South India, then he was not found. It is being said that Nithyananda is in Haridwar right now. His organization is telling that he has gone to Haridwar to be part of Kumbha Mela. But even the tent has been pulled out from the alloted plot.
