In their attempts to create atrocity material against His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda, Female mobsters and encroachers in Trishulam Aadheenam(temple monastery complex) disrobe themselves in public, making false claims of rape by male sanyasis(monks).

Over the years, The land was left unattended as debris accumulated and it eventually was taking form of a dumping land. Many encroachers also moved into the land illegally. They took advantage of the free space and begun to building their own small neighbourhoods on segments of this land. These people along with their connections were deeply involved in illegal activities like drug dealing and prostitution that they carried out on the land.
As they failed miserably in eradicating sanyasis from ‘their’ land several times, they decided to file false rape charges on the male sanyasis taking advantage of the public sympathy that an attacked woman receives beyond the actual truth behind the incident.
2 Female mobster cum encroacher, mother and daughter disrobe themselves publicly on the land, claiming that they had been raped by the male sanyasis. They used abusive, vulgar and offensive language against the sanyasis and Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
On realising that their actions were being captured on camera by one of the sanyasis for proof, they hurled large boulders at the sanyasis. In desperate attempts to save themselves, the sanyasis ran into the container settlemets to seek refuge.
The encroachers then went to the police, re-enacted the ‘disrobing act’ and files false charges of rape against the sanyasi, Sri Nithya Yogaswarupananda, a male resident of Trishulam Adheenam.
Fortunately there was the video footage recorded by the sanyasi to speak in favour of the sanyasis, The video clarifies that the women themselves disrobed themselves, used abusive language and assaulted the sanyasis.

The petitioner Nithya Supriyananda was cleaning the thorn fence at the land of Ramanathan’s daughter. The opposite petitioner suddenly were using ugly words and shouting like “see they are removing the fence”.They were behaving in very aggressive manner and throwing stones on them .they them self removed their own saree and accusing false rape charges on the petitioner wrongly.Attacking very badly and requesting to take action immediately .
