The false case foisted against His Divine Holiness has started to collapse with the Apex Court of India dismissing the case against Sri Nithya Bhaktananda, who was arrested with His Divine Holiness in 2010 being falsely accused as an ‘accomplice’.
The Supreme Court upheld the High Court of Karnataka orders for the rest of the petitioners.
