US court in Seattle, sentences Vinay Bharadwaj for 4 years 9 months prison for THREE felony counts of child sexual abuse.
Vinay Bharadwaj sentenced for three felony counts of child sexual molestation of the second degree, and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
Vinay Bharadwaj was one of the conspirators involved in accusing His Divine Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda for false charges. He was a volunteer at Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam in Seattle and it is here where he sexually abused a 12 year old daughter of one of the devotees. When the family decided to take legal action, to avoid them pressing charges, Vinay threatened to blackmail Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
After fighting for justice at the Seattle, US court for several years, Vinay Bharadwaj was sentenced by King County, Washington for 4 years 9 months in prison.
